That’s why, in close partnership with PharmAccess Foundation, we offer Technical Assistance and training programs to our borrowers – helping them not only secure loans but also strengthen their businesses and healthcare delivery.
We are committed to including our clients in a tailored TA or training program. SafeCare – our quality improvement partner – plays a pivotal role in this journey. MCF clients are guided through the SafeCare stepwise approach to quality improvement, built on internationally accredited standards that help identify and tackle gaps and challenges in care delivery. Together, we’ve crafted TA packages linked to loan size, guiding every client through a structured improvement pathway.
How does it work?
The quality improvement journey begins with a SafeCare assessment and the creation of a tailored Quality Improvement Plan. What follows is a hands-on support process that includes online and on-site guidance, practical tools, coaching, and continuous monitoring. The improvement journey ends with a follow-up assessment, measuring real progress.
We don’t just stop at traditional methods. Innovation powers our approach. SafeCare’s interactive Quality Platform engages healthcare providers with digital tools, real-time data and gamified feedback. Clients gain insight into performance trends and can take action based on actual task implementation data.
